Credit-based document data extraction that posts receipts, invoices and bank statements into Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, MYOB AccountRight and Reckon One.
Bookkeepers and small practices with lumpy, unpredictable document volume who want a published price per document type rather than a per-client subscription. It is one of the few extraction tools with named MYOB AccountRight and Reckon One integration pages plus AUD pricing on the public page, so it suits a book of clients on mixed ledgers. Unlimited users, clients and storage on every plan make it workable for a firm where several staff touch the same files.
Mid-market and multi-entity clients on NetSuite are out — NetSuite appears nowhere on the integrations page. Anyone processing lots of bank statements should model the credit burn first: statements cost 3 credits per page, so a single 20-page statement eats more than a third of the 50-credit Bronze bundle. Firms needing programmatic access, a published ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certificate, or a stated data hosting country will not find any of those on the vendor's own pages, and the contracting entity is Sage Global Services Limited in England under England and Wales law with Customer Data only guaranteed un-deleted for six months after termination, which conflicts with the pricing page's '13 months' accessibility claim.
Pros
Cons
AutoEntry sells monthly credit bundles rather than per-client seats. The published AUD tiers are Bronze 50 credits at 23.40, Silver 100 at 41.40, Gold 200 at 77.50, Platinum 500 at 174, Diamond 1,500 at 463 and Sapphire 2,500 at 730, all excluding tax. Each document type has a published credit cost: invoices and receipts 1 credit, invoices with line items 2, supplier statements 2, and bank or credit card statements 3 credits per page.
Yes to both. The integrations page names MYOB AccountRight and Xero, along with Sage, Sage 50, QuickBooks, Reckon One, AccountsIQ, FreeAgent, KashFlow, SortMyBooks, ClearBooks, FuseMetrix and Exact. The MYOB and Reckon One pages state that extracted data including tax summaries and full line-item detail is posted into the ledger, and that invoices can be matched to open purchase orders. NetSuite is not listed anywhere on the integrations page.
By default a 200% credit overage, which AutoEntry calls an overdraft, applies — processing continues and the extra credits are added to your next bill. Unused credits roll over for three months, or 90 days. Above 2,500 credits a month you have to book a demo for a customised package, so the published price ladder stops there. Payment is credit or debit card only; PayPal and direct debit are not accepted.
There is a free trial that includes 25 credits, and the features page says it carries no time limit, but it is a one-off trial allowance rather than an ongoing free tier. Beyond that, subscriptions are rolling monthly and can be cancelled up to 24 hours before renewal, with the pricing page stating data stays accessible for 13 months after cancellation. Unlimited users, clients and cloud storage are included on every paid plan.
