Grid-based AI analysis for deal work; its integrations page names ASX and NZX filings alongside FactSet, S&P Global, PitchBook and SharePoint.
Deal and credit teams running the same set of questions across many companies or many documents at once, where the output needs to be a defensible grid rather than a chat log. Hebbia's Matrix lays out rows as companies and columns as analysis fields, and the vendor states it gives "complete traceability back to every finding". Its integrations page names ASX Filings and NZX Filings, which few comparable vendors list.
Small teams and anyone who wants to try before buying. Hebbia publishes no pricing at all, its pricing URL returned no content, and every call to action on the site is "Request a demo", so there is no free tier and no self-serve entry. Read the MSA before relying on the security page: section 3.2 states "Hebbia may use the Customer Materials to improve machine learning models that are solely for use by Customer", which is narrower than the security page's blanket no-training statement, and section 5.2 auto-renews for additional one-year terms with only 30 days' notice to stop it. The vendor states the platform "runs across the US and EU" and publishes no APAC hosting region.
Pros
Cons
Hebbia's integrations page names ASX Filings and NZX Filings as data sources, alongside SEC Filings, European Filings, Canadian Filings and UK Companies House. That is the vendor's own list of connected sources. It does not state how far back each exchange's history runs, how often it refreshes, or which document types within each exchange are included, so confirm depth and refresh cadence in the demo.
The security page states customer documents, prompts and outputs are never used to train Hebbia's models or any model provider it works with. The Main Services Agreement is narrower: section 3.2 states Hebbia may use Customer Materials to improve machine learning models that are solely for use by that customer, and may not license those models to third parties. Reconcile both statements in your contract.
Two things. The security page states customers can view access records and actions taken on their data, described as seeing exactly who accessed your data and when. Separately the product page states Matrix offers complete traceability back to every finding, and the Headless Hebbia post states every claim links to evidence a reviewer can check. Hebbia does not publish retention periods or export formats for those logs.
Hebbia publishes nothing. There are no tiers, no seat minimums and no figures on its site, and its pricing page served no content when checked. Every call to action is a demo request, so pricing comes from a sales conversation. The MSA sets the initial term in an Order Form, renews automatically in one-year terms, and lets Hebbia change pricing with 45 days' notice before renewal.
