Autonomous AP invoice processing with line-level GL coding and 2-to-4-way PO matching, integrating with Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Workday and Coupa.
Mid-market and enterprise accounts payable teams processing high invoice volume on Oracle or Microsoft ERPs, where line-level GL and dimension coding is the bottleneck. Multi-entity organisations are explicitly handled: a single inbox can import invoices for all entities, or separate inboxes can be configured per type. The industry pages target freight and logistics, construction, manufacturing and retail, and the audience pages address CFOs, controllers and AP managers rather than practice owners.
Bookkeepers and small practices should rule it out on integrations alone: the ERP integrations page names Oracle, Microsoft, Coupa, Sage, Workday and Viewpoint Vista, and QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB and Sage Intacct appear nowhere — so a book of SMB clients on Xero or MYOB cannot be served. Only Oracle and Microsoft are described as out-of-the-box; every other system goes through the open API or a partner for custom work, which means an implementation project rather than a connect-and-go setup. Pricing is entirely quote-only with three unpriced analytics tiers, no invoice-volume minimum and no implementation timeline published, and buyers who cannot allow any cross-customer learning should note global header-field models are trained on derived data from all customers.
Pros
Cons
Not according to the vendor's own ERP integrations page. The systems named there are Oracle, Microsoft including Dynamics, Coupa, Sage, Workday and Viewpoint Vista, with NetSuite appearing only in image alt text. QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB and Sage Intacct are absent. Only Oracle and Microsoft are described as out-of-the-box integrations; anything else connects through the open API or a partner for custom workflows, which means an implementation project.
Vic.ai publishes no pricing. The pricing page offers only Request demo, and the FAQ page lists three analytics tiers — Standard, Advanced and Premium — with no costs attached, Premium adding full dashboards, unlimited customisation and dedicated support. There is no published per-invoice rate, invoice-volume minimum, seat count or implementation fee, and the FAQ says implementation timelines vary rather than naming one.
Yes. The trust and security page states Vic.ai holds SOC 1 Type II and SOC 2 Type II, renewed annually and audited by third-party assessors. It also says Vic.ai follows an ISO 27001 framework, which is not the same as holding ISO 27001 certification. The platform runs on Amazon Web Services with customer data stored in regions matched to the customer's deployment requirements, encrypted with AES-256 and FIPS-validated storage encryption, with keys rotated regularly.
Partly, and the trust page draws the line explicitly. Global models, which handle header fields such as invoice number, date and total, are trained on derived data from all customers, which Vic.ai states does not contain identifiable data. Local models, which handle line-level fields such as GL account, location and department, are trained on each customer's own materials, and the page states that learning is not shared across clients.
